Commercial | Adobe After Effects + Premiere

LevRose Commercial Real Estate is a boutique CRE firm in Scottsdale, AZ. I began as a Video Intern with the company for just under a year, during which I successfully encouraged and implemented the usage of video for marketing properties across social media and within brochures.

These promotional, graphics based videos were created from scratch using primarily Adobe After Effects and utilized within marketing materials, as well as shared on social media. In addition, the shorter vertical videos below were created for the company’s social media platforms to highlight tenants, local businesses, and new activities.

EDITOR’S NOTE

Working on these videos was challenging at first since there had not been any videos like them created for marketing use prior. On one hand it left me full creative control over what I wanted to make, but on the other it was tricky communicating with brokers about what they were envisioning. Through meetings, revisions, and variations I was able to figure out what they were looking for and begin implementing these videos within brochures and online listings.

These videos are information focused, highlighting everything the brokers wanted to stand out within the marketing materials. They also required incorporating the company’s branding so that they matched all of the accompanying brochures, email blasts, and mailers.

The below vertical social media videos were also a new addition for the company, and really helped grow the reach of our social channels. When editing, I took time to get to know the restaurant, activity, or building we were highlighting so that I could edit to match their style. This meant changing pacing, colors, and overall style of each edit to best fit the subject.

All of these videos required clear communication with the brokers and rest of the marketing team, which meant multiple rounds of feedback and changes. Through organization and thoughtful listening, I was able to complete these videos in a way that satisfied all requirements and expectations.
