EDITOR’S NOTE

Many of these videos were created to be used in courses for Arizona State University’s Global Launch Program, which provides high-quality English study in person and online for any learner, anywhere in the world. This meant that the graphics alongside the professor’s words needed to be clear and easy to follow since English was not the students’ first language, but they also needed to be dynamic and engaging.
